Transparent pricing

How your freight budget is calculated.

A ballpark for all 52 service countries, based on your cargo, transport requirements and route. It is not a confirmed rate, a current market average for your lane or a live carrier quote.

Published evidence

Sources checked 2026-10-10. The calculator uses dated public references and WLP planning assumptions; it does not fetch live carrier tariffs. Historical road transport benchmarks and the international references below provide context. Different regions and transport modes are not directly interchangeable, and these sources do not confirm the price or availability of your shipment.

SINO Shipping · China–Italy freight reference, October 2026 ↗

A provider reference for China–Italy sea and rail freight. Its modal scope and additional charges differ from door-to-door road transport, so it is context rather than a WLP tariff.

DHL · Germany-origin international parcel tariff ↗

An independent parcel reference with country and product restrictions. Parcel prices are not truck rates or WLP offers.

TIMOCOM · European spot road transport, Q1 2026 ↗

Published 16 April 2026. Historical European platform averages provide market context, not shipment-specific minimum and maximum offers or a current market average for your lane.

Freightfinders · Loading metre guidance ↗

Background on how packed dimensions and stackability affect the floor space required by a shipment.

DSV · Curtainsider equipment guidance ↗

An example of road transport equipment. Actual vehicle dimensions, payload and suitability must be confirmed for the shipment.

Eurosender · Dedicated van service guidance ↗

Examples of dedicated van services and capacity considerations. Vehicle access, dimensions and availability still require confirmation.

Your measurements, one consistent calculation.

Enter the dimensions of one packed unit, the number of identical units, and the total gross weight of the whole shipment. Include the packaging in your measurements. Different-sized units need a tailored loading plan.

The space occupied, total weight, selected transport type and any stacking restrictions inform the budget. Part-load and dedicated transport have different requirements. Actual equipment suitability and loading arrangements are confirmed when WLP reviews your request.

Transport requirements

Boxes, pallets, curtainsiders, minivans, flatbeds and low-bed trailers serve different cargo needs. Choose the option that best describes your shipment and tell us whether you need part-load or dedicated transport where offered.

Oversized, heavy, dangerous or unclassified goods require a tailored assessment. A budget range does not certify road legality, loading feasibility, permits or actual vehicle availability.

Route and regional considerations

Collection and delivery locations, domestic or international movement, available capacity and transfer requirements can affect the final quote. A selected truck type describes your cargo requirements; it is not a promise that the same vehicle can travel every segment.

Ferry, sea, rail or transloading may be needed. Border conditions, access restrictions and any additional services are reviewed before the final proposal.

How route uncertainty is handled

When a driving route is available, the map and travel time provide geographical context. They do not confirm a legal or commercially available freight route.

If city routing is unavailable or a location cannot be verified, the range may use broader geographical planning information. It is then a less precise ballpark, not a verified road itinerary. Country reference locations are not warehouses or logistics hubs.

Accurate collection and delivery details help WLP refine the proposal. A temporary mapping outage does not by itself confirm that a shipment is unavailable.

All 52 service countries

Italy, Austria, Slovenia, Germany, France, Switzerland, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Bulgaria, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, China, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Lebanon, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.

Ballpark estimates cover standard non-dangerous cargo between the listed countries, including domestic movements. Selecting Other, incomplete cargo details, special loads or complex vehicle programmes may require a tailored assessment.

Country coverage and a calculated budget do not confirm route acceptance, border access, available capacity or regulatory eligibility. Prices exclude VAT, duties, customs clearance, permits, escorts, storage and special handling. Actual toll, terminal and ferry charges are confirmed in the proposal.

No payment or booking is made by calculating a range. WLP reviews your cargo and route before confirming the service scope and price. The final written proposal takes precedence.
